YB Series Compact Prefabricated Substation

The YB Series Compact Prefabricated Substation integrates high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical equipment into a compact integrated power distribution unit, used for receiving and distributing electric energy in power distribution systems.

It features high integration, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and mobility. Compared with conventional civil-engineered substations, the floor area of a box-type substation with the same capacity is only 1/10 to 1/5 of that of conventional substations, greatly reducing design and construction workload as well as construction costs.

In power distribution systems, it can be applied to loop distribution systems, dual-power supply systems, or radial terminal distribution systems. It is a new type of integrated equipment widely used in the construction and renovation of urban and rural substations.

This product is composed of interconnected high-voltage distribution equipment, transformers, and low-voltage distribution equipment, divided into three functional compartments: the high-voltage compartment, the transformer compartment, and the low-voltage compartment, all with complete functions.

The primary power supply system on the high-voltage side can be configured for various power supply modes, such as loop supply, terminal supply, and dual-power supply. High-voltage metering components can also be installed to meet high-voltage metering requirements.

The transformer compartment can be equipped with S11, S13 or other oil-immersed transformers, or SCB10, SCB11 dry-type transformers. It is provided with a self-starting forced air cooling system and a lighting system.

According to user requirements, the low-voltage compartment can adopt a panel-mounted or cabinet-mounted structure to form the required power supply scheme, with functions including power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy metering, and electrical parameter measurement. It meets diverse user needs, facilitates power supply management, and improves power supply quality.

The high-voltage compartment features a compact and reasonable structure with comprehensive anti-misoperation interlocking functions. If required by the user, the transformer can be installed with rails for easy access through the large doors on both sides of the transformer compartment. Automatic lighting devices are installed in all compartments.

In addition, all components selected for the high-voltage and low-voltage compartments are reliable in performance and easy to operate, ensuring safe and reliable operation as well as convenient operation and maintenance.

Both natural ventilation and forced ventilation are adopted to achieve excellent ventilation and cooling. Ventilation ducts are provided in both the transformer compartment and the low-voltage compartment. The exhaust fans are equipped with a temperature control device, which automatically starts and stops at the set temperature to ensure the transformer operates at full load.

The cabinet structure prevents rainwater and pollutants from entering. It is made of special steel plates or aluminum alloy plates with anti-corrosion treatment, suitable for long-term outdoor use. It ensures excellent anti-corrosion, waterproof, and dustproof performance, long service life, and an attractive appearance.
